East Coweta Vs. Morrow
It was a nasty night at East Coweta. The temperature was dropping as well as a fine misty rain. It had been raining all morning long and around 3:00 p.m. it was looking like it was going to clear up. It was not to be so because around 5:30 it started up again. It did not dampen the spirits of the Indians. We faced a team that had only 32 players. We defeated them 40-0. That gives the Indians a record of 6-2. The Indians have a region record of 6-1. We are in 2nd place in the region with only 2 games left in the season.
Jennifer and the kids were upset for they did not get to go to the game. The weather was to bad for them to get out in it. Hannah cried, she did not understand why she couldn't go.
Next week we face Riverdale.

Indians9thgrade
I just completed my 1st season as a 9th grade football coach. We finished our season at 6-1. It was a blast, especially after beating our big rival. We won at Newnan 50-6. The neat part was having the entire family involved. Nicholas, my oldest, was the ball boy with the head coaches' son, David. Elizabeth and Hannah, my daughters, were up in the stands with their mother cheering. Hannah has taken it to the extreme by cheering constantly. Jennifer, was always there cheering. Many of Jennifer's workmates were very pro-Newnan and she wanted us to beat them bad. Now, my responsibilities move over to assisting with the varsity. I can't tell you how much of a good time I am having. The varsity team has a team record of 5-2, with a region record of 5-1. East Coweta High School is a 5A Georgia team.
